    The city of Laval is once again offering compost at a low price and encourages residents to make their own compost at home. The annual spring sale will take place on Saturday, May 17, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (or until they sell out) in the parking lot at City Hall, located at 1 Place du Souvenir.
